Nicolette Rozas focuses her practice on representing individuals, private companies and public entities in all aspects of civil litigation. Her practice is comprised of employment law, tort liability, business liability and public entity representation. Nicolette has extensive experience in all phases of litigation stemming from her background as litigation counsel for a tort liability firm in Orange County. She has successfully resolved matters through mediation and trial including having won a medical malpractice trial as second chair.
Nicolette graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law, ranking top 11% of her class. During law school, Nicolette was awarded several academic achievement awards in Business Corporations, Mediation and Legal Drafting for achieving the highest grade among her peers. She also served as chief sophister of her schools Moot Court Honors Board and clerked for the civil department of the United States Attorney’s Office as well as the Legal Aid Society where she represented clients in hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
